Account Deletion

Introduction

At CRISTA, your privacy is our top priority. We believe you should have full control over your account and personal information. If you ever decide to leave, we've got you covered. This page will guide you through the simple steps to permanently delete your CRISTA account and all related data from our servers. Keep reading to find out how it works and what to expect.

From the App Settings Section:

  1. Access: Go to the "Settings" option from the bottom navigation in the app. Find the Account Settings icon in the list.
  2. Confirmation: Go to "Account Settings" then "Delete Account". If you are sure you want to permanently delete your CRISTA account, please select "Delete Account".
  3. Deletion Process: Once you select "Delete Account," your profile and all associated data will be immediately and permanently removed from our servers.
  4. Logout: You will be logged out of the app, and logging in again will require a new sign-up process.

Unable to Access the App?

If you can't access the app and want to delete your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Email our customer service at ait-dpmm@ait.ac.th
  2. Subject Line: Include "Profile Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. Provide the Following Information:
    • Full Name: Your full name as registered in the app.
    • Phone Number: The phone number linked to your app account.
